  • 3 drops of sweet dill oil
  • 4 drops of grapefruit oil
  • 3 drops of lemon butter

  • 3 drops of geranium oil
  • 4 drops of juniper oil
Each mixture is dissolved in 30 ml of carrier oil.

4. Pay attention to the diet. Forget about tea, coffee, alcohol. Drink only spring water and infusions of herbs - excellent infusion of dill sweet.
