Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
For the filling:
Cream cheese - 6 tablespoons
Pepper (cut into strips) - 1 pc
Whisk the eggs, paprika, salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Pour the eggs and cook over medium heat. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Cool the finished omelet.
When the omelette is completely cool, spread cheese, spread lettuce. Put a layer of shredded pepper. Gently twist and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Insert toothpicks 6-8 at equal distance and with a sharp knife cut.
