My sister and I agreed that I would give her half for the house, she took the money gladly, but then showed up at our doorstep.

A person can be infinitely arrogant: get extra workload at work, be a bad neighbor and constantly drill walls, ask for money and never give. This will certainly annoy anyone, no doubt. But brazenness This is when not someone there, but a close, dear soul suddenly begins to take away your time and energy, hiding only your kinship and nothing else. In such cases, it is even difficult to control yourself.

In the case of relatives, there is another huge disadvantage: despite everything, the rest of the family can easily stand on their side in any dispute. So it's your fault, too. What to do in such cases? We advise you to act as purposefully, resolutely and legally as possible. And then you have to see who is on your side and who is on your side. Well, anyone can criticize. Even relatives. There's not enough time and energy, is there?

My sister is driving me crazy. I don't know about you, petty bourgeois, but our relations between relatives are quite strong, and I can't just ignore them. Even though I left the village 20 years ago. However, some village habits today don’t just piss me off, they piss me off.

In short, Marina and I left a house in the village from our parents. A good building, made of quality bricks, and most importantly, it is a memory. Memories of the past, of childhood, of mom and dad. But I can’t live in it with my sister: I have my own family, she has her own. So we had to resolve this issue somehow. And in order not to sell the house, I offered Marina to buy her share for several years. And he decided to arrange a small repair and settle there daughter. She was just thinking about getting married.

Seems like a sister. A grown-up, smart man. I agreed to all the conditions, of course, we did not officially sign anything with her. Who else can I trust, if not the closest? But what fails us villagers is the cunning laws out of which you can always wrangle something for yourself. You just need to know where to spin.

I took care of my business, my sister took care of mine. But if my family, let’s say, is used to a quiet existence, then Marina and her ex can not live for two years, not to leave. They're kind of in love. Passionate, yes. At their age. Anyway, my sister didn't have a good time. And from her husband she moved straight to some of his “old friend”. I don't need to know everything about her, but if my wife moved in with friends, I certainly wouldn't just leave it.

However, Marina left her friend after a few months. Apparently, they're tired of friendship. Then the sister was with her friend. Which, without hesitation, she told me. I already knew that girlfriend. A good friend, nothing more. So if her sister turned to her, things went out of her hands. I would help a man. Except my wife and I aren't big enough to house someone else.

A little time passed and Marina moved away from her friend. But until she lost her temper, apparently she still had the money I gave her for half the house. On the one hand, I understood that they would not be enough for a long time, and on the other hand, I did not intend to reconcile them with my husband either. I'm not a matchmaker. What happens to Marina next? God knows she's not gonna go through the trash. He will probably get a job, and there in the dorm... Well, here were my thoughts.

Until one day, my daughter called. She is married to me and lives in my parents’ house. I guess I couldn’t keep the intrigue. You have already understood everything, but yes: Marinka came to her niece with her husband and began to demand a corner from them in “her own house”. I had some thoughts about it, but I didn't think it could take such a steep turn. When I arrived, I expected to have a fight and even shamefully escort my sister out of our former home. But... Things went a little wrong.

Imagine a village house, a bunch of people, and in the middle of it all, a sobbing grown woman, in some garb that she definitely didn't have in town, I don't even know where she got it. With a picture of our family framed, crawling on her knees, roaring and screaming at the whole county about being tricked, kicked out and left naked and barefoot. Until her own niece lets her on the doorstep. But the main villain, of course, was me. Because I took the lodging, I cheated, and so on.

Someone would say she's just crazy. Others would twirl their fingers and go about their business. However, it's a village. And for me, that means the situation is critical. First of all, village people are always interested. There is almost no other entertainment. And here - not only that interesting, so the liver does not suffer. And, secondly, our, albeit distant, but still relatives. They won't miss theirs. Of course, they will stand on the side of the “victim”.

Here we go. Now I'm an angry older brother who kicked my sister out of his native walls. My daughter is a habalka living in foreign territory and trying to build her happiness on Tetkin Mountain. Her husband, I don't know, is a city man, I mean, he was born here. Which is the worst part. And someone has to do something. They even called the station man. They cursed me on what the light is worth, but, funny, no one allowed Marina to live with her. Even if she's coming to see my daughter for a couple of days, I don't know why.

If it were not for my relatives, I would spit and ignore: let my son-in-law understand. But because of all this fuss, I don’t even know what to do. Should I go to court? But then I lose, we haven't officially documented anything. And I will not go to Marina's husband, I do not wish this fate for a man. What do I, a simple man, do to deal with an impudent sister? Maybe there is someone here to advise, people?
