  • 1 cup of drinking water
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil


Preparation
  1. Wash the vegetables well, cut the tips and cut the fruits in half. Round-shaped radishes cut in circles 0.5 cm thick. Put the workpiece in a sterilized jar and sprinkle with finely chopped young garlic.




Add salt, sugar, vinegar, pepper, oil and stir to hot boiled water. When the salt and sugar dissolve, remove the marinade from the fire. Immediately pour liquid radishes and cover the lid. Wait until it is completely cooled at room temperature.

Winter snack with radish Ingredients
  • 800g radish
  • 1 bulb
  • 6 peas of black pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • red pepper (optional)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1-2 dill umbrella


Preparation
  1. Wash the radish and remove the tails. Cut the big vegetable in half. Small fruits can not be cut. Chop the onions with rings, garlic with thick plates. Put the can on the bottom along with bay leaf, black and red pepper and dill umbrellas.




Tightly fill the jar with radish and fill with boiling water for 6 minutes. Then pour the liquid into the pot. Add the sugar, the salt. Add vinegar directly to the radish and pour boiling brine.
