The ingredients
- 2 cups of dandelion flowers
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 0.25 cup of grated parmesan
- 0.25 cups of finely chopped onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp French mustard
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black ground pepper
- sunflower
Preparation
- First you need to prepare the flowers of the dandelion. Please note that you need to collect them in an environmentally friendly area: away from the roadway and industrial fields that are saturated with pesticides. When the collection is made (glasses need to be filled, tamping the inflorescences), you need to carefully prepare everything. First, get rid of the green peduncle, as it is a little bitter. If you like the bright taste of arugula, you can not remove it. Wash thoroughly and dry the petals before cooking.
- Start cooking the mince. For six to seven mouth-watering cutlets, mix all of these ingredients in a large bowl (except vegetable oil, it is needed for frying).
- Form the cutlets as usual, for burgers. At the same time, make sure that they do not turn out too thin - about two or three centimeters thick. For convenience, put it on parchment. Then cover the cutlets with plastic film or just a package and send to the refrigerator for half an hour. During this time, the cutlets will harden a little and will not fall apart when frying. In addition, this time it is necessary that all tastes are properly combined.
- It's hot time! Heat the pan with a few tablespoons of vegetable oil and lay out dandelion cutlets. You need to fry in batches so that each cutlet is well baked. On average, it takes about 5 minutes for each side to make the dandelion cutlets golden and crispy. Serve them hot as a main dish with a side dish or on a fresh bun.

Dandelion jam ingredients
- 400g dandelion flowers
- 800g sugar
- 800g of water
- 2 lemons
- ginger, currant leaves at will
Preparation
- 400 g of flowers is about one two-liter jar, densely stuffed with them. Note that only the yellow part should be used for jam. Green sepals contain milk, and it is slightly bitter. So, before cooking, soak the flowers in water for 2 hours. Then drain the water after infusion - you can start cooking. Pour dandelions with 800 ml of water and boil on an average heat for about 10 minutes. Then turn off the fire and leave to infuse overnight for about 10 hours.
- Now you need to carefully strain the valuable broth through gauze to remove the petals from it. No more petals! Although, they can be left purely from an aesthetic point of view, if you want it to be obvious - this is dandelion jam.
- Now add 800g of sugar to the broth and boil until boiled. When it boils, put inside the lemons directly with the skin. And also a little grated ginger at will. Cook for 45 minutes, occasionally removing the foam. And then get the lemons, cool them, squeeze the juice into the jam and stir. Cook for another 10 minutes, then spill the jam on the banks.
- Do not be afraid that at the beginning of cooking the treat will be brown. At the end, especially after adding lemon juice, the color will align and become amber. Dandelion jam looks great on toast and cottage cheese.

The ingredients
- 400g dandelion flowers
- 200g coconut oil
- 150 ml of olive oil
- Alkaline (use with caution!)
- 100 ml of water
- 50g alkali
- essential oils at their discretion

- Place the dandelions in the jar as tightly as possible, pour olive oil, cover the lid, then leave in a dark cool place for 2 weeks. This is necessary for the preparation of infusion, from which in the future you can make soap or balm. A jar with dandelions is better to shake once every few days.
- When the infusion is ready, make an alkaline base. To do this, mix the water with alkali as indicated on the package (usually 1 to 2), let the mixture cool. Stick to the safety rules! It is better to make an alkaline solution either under the hood or outside the building, wearing gloves and a respirator.
- Melt the coconut oil, add 150 ml of dandelion oil to it and slowly pour the alkaline solution (it should be cooled). Now mix the mixture thoroughly for a few minutes. Then start whipping, it is best to use a blender. Whip until the mass acquires an airy cream consistency resembling pudding.
- Pour soft soap into silicone molds and leave to dry in a cool and dry place. This usually takes two to three weeks.
