Or the story of how I learned that cabbage leaves don't have to be boiled. In general, the cooking process is quite problematic: steam, smell, even a pot of a suitable size would be found, or you will have to turn over forever. Someone manages to cook cabbage in the microwave, which is much easier. 10 minutes at maximum, and ready. Just do not forget to pack the head in a bag and make holes in it. But the way with the freezer conquered me once and for all. Now I can spin my pigeons whenever I want.



The trick is that after freezing and defrosting, the leaves become very soft. Instead of losing the taste and useful substances when cooking, cabbage fully retains its properties. In addition, the trouble with it becomes so little that blueberries want to cook again and again. No smell, no steam, in general, beauty.
