And for some reason, as a prediction of the future, poems were read in which, which is extremely rare for the quatrains of Nostradamus, the date is indicated - the seventh month of 1999 (remember, then very many people, twisted by this prophecy, seriously waited for the end of the world in the form of a universal catastrophe and scratched their heads about what month the astrologer meant - July or September, since in Latin "seventh" is September).

And it is involved in all or many of the events approaching the second coming, or the end of the world. It's weird, isn't it? .



Or maybe Nostradamus wrote allegorically about conscience, love, faith, justice, power, eternity? The interpreter of the prophecies summed up his explanations: “There will be some spiritual warfare.” There will be no visible catastrophe, no one except those endowed with higher spirituality will notice that this has already happened. I didn’t mention names so as not to offend anyone. If there are any coincidences, they are accidental.” Like a movie.

Researchers of the legacy of Nostradamus came to the conclusion that most of his quatrains are not about the future, but about the past in relation to 1555, when the first edition of the Centuries was published.



The astrologer and poet believed that the events of world history are cyclically repeated, as planetary configurations are repeated and the same signs occur (eclipses of the Sun and Moon, planetary parades, comet flights and other astronomical phenomena). And he described the events of the past, hoping that similar things will happen in the future.
