Recipe for lean yeast dough cakes

Preparation
  1. In addition to yeast, water and flour for making lean dough, you will also need corn oil, salt and sugar. First of all, take a small steak, fill it with water, and add all the above ingredients to it, except flour and yeast. Put the steak on the fire and bring the mixture to a boil, and then leave it on the fire for another 3 minutes.

    Cool the mixture, dilute the yeast in 50 ml of warm water and add them to the saucer.

    The resulting liquid is poured into a deep bowl, then gradually pour flour into it, constantly stirring the ingredients. Mix the sticky dough, cover it with food film and put it in a warm place for 60 minutes so that it rises.





  2. While the dough is suitable, you can prepare the filling. Clean the cabbage of dirty sheets and stick it with straw. Grind the onion (pre-cleaned), as well as soap Bulgarian pepper with a large straw.

    Lightly roast the cabbage in sunflower oil, and then add onion, pepper and some water to the pan. Stir the vegetable mixture and carcasses until ready, not forgetting also to salt and pepper it.





  3. At the next stage, lubricate the working surface and hands with vegetable oil. Divide the dough into equal parts and form small cakes from each piece. Place the filling in the center of the flatbread, then pinch the edges of the flatbread, forming a future cake.





  4. At the end, warm the sunflower oil well and roast the cakes for 2 minutes on each side on medium heat. Ready. lean-cake Put it on a plate covered with paper towels to remove excess oil.
