Recipe for lean mushroom cakes

Preparation

  3. Now the contents must be mixed and poured into flour. First, mix the dough with a spoon, adding vegetable oil, and then stir with your hands.



  4. Remember that the dough should be left for 25 minutes before stirring until smooth.
  5. The dough is ready and needs to double. An hour in a warm place will be enough. In that time, you can cook the stuffing.



  6. Potatoes boil and cut in mashed potatoes, add to it fried onions and mushrooms. Don’t forget to add some salt and pepper.



  7. Divide the dough into 12 blanks, form flatbreads and fill them with filling. Carefully warm the pan with butter and fry the cakes for 2 minutes on each side.
