Preparation
  1. Add to the yeast 2-3 tablespoons of warm water and a spoonful of flour. Mix everything and leave it for 10 minutes so the opara rises.

  7. Cut the fine onions, grind the garlic and roast in the pan until transparent.
  8. Add the finely sliced mushrooms and roast until all the moisture has evaporated. As a result, the filling should acquire a golden color.


  9. When the potatoes are ready, drain all the water. Make a mash, not a blender.
  10. In puree, add onions and mushrooms, salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well and set the filling to cool.
