Pancakes with cottage cheese

Water - 1 cup
Milk - ¾ cup
Egg - 3 pcs
Butter - 5 tablespoons
Salt - ½ teaspoon
Flour - 1, 5 cups
Cottage cheese - 450 g
Ricotta - 425g
Egg - 1 pc
Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
Zest - 2 teaspoons
Sugar - 2 tablespoons

All the ingredients for pancakes, whip and knead the dough. Put in the fridge for an hour, then fry thin pancakes in a frying pan.
Filling. Cottage cheese with ricotta put in a colander and hang on the 1, 5 -2 hours, pressing periodically. Then all the ingredients for the filling, whisk in a blender.
Stuff the pancakes Curd and tighten them. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Garnish with strawberries and serve with strawberry jam.
