Quiche with mushrooms and tomatoes

1 sheet of puff pastry (you can take a purchased, yeast)
Mushrooms (or mushrooms) - 400 g
Onions - 1 pc
Cheese - 100-150 g
1/2 cup milk
Eggs - 2 pcs
Tomato - 2 pcs
Bunch of green (onions, dill, parsley)
Spices, salt and pepper - to taste

Roll out the dough, put in a form, greased, to form a high boards (3 cm). Make frequent punctures on the test with a fork and sprinkle with half the grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
Mushrooms chop, fry onions until tender.
Mushrooms put on top of the dough, salt, add spices to taste.
Chopped greens and put on top of the mushrooms.
Cut tomatoes into slices and arrange in a circle on top of the greens, salt.
Beat eggs, add milk, the rest of the grated cheese, salt, if desired, add spices (eg, Israeli spice mixture containing seeds, pepper, etc.).
Pour the quiche obtained mixture and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until tender. Bon Appetite!
