Sweet bread with banana icing


Ripe banana (overripe too perfect) - 2 pcs
Milk - 2-4 tablespoons
Plain yogurt - 110 g
Flour - 350 g
Sugar - 40 g
Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 60 g
Walnuts - 1/2 cup (optional)

Butter (salted) - 30 g
Milk - 30 g
Brown sugar - 60g
Vanillin - 1/4 teaspoon
Powdered sugar - 60-120 g


Mash bananas to porridge-like mass and pour in the milk and yogurt. Stir.
