Ingredients:

Bacon - 6 strips
2 potatoes (narezannaye rings)
Onion (finely chopped) - ¼ cup
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Egg - 8 pcs
Milk - ¼ cup
Salt and pepper - to taste
Chives
Grated cheese - ¼ cup

Preparation:

In a frying pan fry the onion and bacon and potatoes in butter (4-5 minutes). In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, green onions (chopped), salt and pepper. Pour the bacon and potatoes beaten eggs and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
