Beets for a roll of "Carnival" bake entirely in the oven, enchanting dish for New Year's Eve is prepared instantly

  • 1 melted cheese

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 beet
  • 1 melted cheese

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise


Ingredients for filling No. 3
  • 1 egg
  • 1 melted cheese
  • salt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise


Preparation
  1. Boil your vegetables. Boil a hard-boiled egg.
  2. Rub the egg on a large grater.
  3. Carrots and beets on the same grater.


  4. Put the carrots, beets and eggs on separate plates.
  5. Rub one cheese in each on a large grater.
  6. Add to each plate a clove of garlic passed through the press and a spoonful of mayonnaise. A little salt if necessary. Stir the contents of all three plates until uniform.


  7. The filling is ready. Now get on the lavash.
  8. Cut the big piece in half. Cut one rectangular part into 3 squares smaller.


  9. Distribute the filling with carrots on the first square blank. Don't get 1cm to the brim. Then roll the lavash with a roll filling and set aside.


  10. Repeat the same procedure with beet and egg filling.


  11. Now grease a big piece of lavash with mayonnaise. Put two rolls of stuffing on it. Put the third one on top between them.


  12. Tightly roll the rectangular lavash with rolls inside.


  13. Wrap in several layers of food film and send for 5 hours in the refrigerator.
  14. Cut the finished roll in small pieces and serve to the table.
