- 2 eggs

Preparation
- Combine milk, sugar and pieces of yeast in a bowl. Stir everything with a wreath to uniformity. Leave the poop for 10-15 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, two tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt. Hit it with a wreath.
- Pour the whipped eggs into the pool. Stir it.
- Enter parts of the flour, constantly stirring the mixture with a spoon and then with your hands. Mix the dough for about 7 minutes, at the very end add soft butter. Put it in a lump, cover it with film and leave it for 1 hour.
- Cut the dough and leave it to come again.
- In the meantime, prepare the stuffing. Cut the apples in pieces, remove the skins and middles, cut the flesh in cubes.
- Put butter and prepared apples in the sautée. To prevent the apples from darkening, add lemon juice and sugar. Stir and cook on fire 2-3 minutes. At the end, add a spoonful of ground cinnamon.
- Divide the dough into 12 identical parts.
- Roll each part in a round cake.
- Make four radial incisions on the cake, without bringing them to the middle.
- Put a spoonful of apple stuffing in the center of the cake.
- Wrap around the filling of the first petal, then the second, third and fourth.
- Put the buns on the bowl, leaving a sufficient distance between them.
- Beat the yolk with three spoons of water. Grease the prepared bun yolk.
- Let the buns stand for 15 minutes and send to the oven, heated to 18 degrees, for 25 minutes.
