Why not put raw onions in minced patties

Cooking minced meat with onions is a common culinary procedure. However, in such a simple question there are subtleties. What kind of burning vegetable is better to use? Should fried or raw onions be put in patties? You will get the answers in our article.

Onions for cutlets of fish, poultry and meat should be cut finely. Then passer in a small amount of butter with favorite seasonings, avoiding dryness and burning. After that, it remains to carefully mix cold minced meat and fried onions. Before a hot meatball, it is better to keep at least an hour in the refrigerator.
