Ingredients for opar
- 1 tbsp round rice
- 1 tbsp seedless raisins
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1/2kg finished yeast dough
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp flour
- salt
Preparation
- In a convenient container, wash rice with cold running water. Then pour it with boiling water, salt and boil until ready.
- Now we have to prepare the raisins. I went over it, washed it and poured hot water until it swelled.
- Finish the rice on a sieve and wash well with cold water, then leave it in the sieve to glass water.
- For filling, you need to slightly melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add all the rice to it, and then raisins. Stir it all together. Also, if desired, dried apricots and prunes can be added to the filling.
- 0.5 kg of dough was divided into 1/3 and 2/3 parts. 2/3 of the test roll by shape size. Next, move the dough into an oiled form.
- Fill the dough with filling, slightly taking it with a teaspoon.
- From 1/3 dough, make a cake cap and fasten the edges. Next, you need to make 2-4 holes in the cake.
- To sprinkle, you will need to soften 1 tablespoon of butter and add sugar and flour to it. Then stir all the ingredients to a crumb state.
- Sprinkle the cake on top of it. Please note that the holes do not need to fall asleep!
- Baking the cake for an hour at a temperature of 170 degrees in a preheated oven.
- Now take the cake out of the oven and cut the piece off. A little lift the "cap" and put a teaspoon of butter.
