How to make cheese at home Ingredients
- 1l kefir
- 1 l milk
- 6 eggs
- 4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp red spicy pepper

- 1 clove of garlic

Preparation
- To start, pour the milk and kefir into the pan and put on the stove, wait until the milk mixture is well heated (but do not need to bring to a boil). While you wait, beat the eggs with salt and, when the mixture becomes hot, pour the eggs and stir on a small fire until the serum separates.
