Chicken pie ingredients
- 360g wheat flour
- 200 ml of milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp greens to taste
- 1 stak. broth or milk for sauce
- 50g butter
- salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste (in sauce)
Preparation
- Heat the milk slightly, add yeast to it and leave for 10-15 minutes in a warm place. Add vegetable oil, sugar and salt to the poop. Stir thoroughly. Gradually introduce flour (350 g), mixing thick, but not clogged dough.
