Recipe for making cake from sand dough

One evening after work I was walking home, thinking about something of my own, and suddenly I heard the smell of homemade pastries. You know, he was like Grandma made a cake at home. I suddenly wanted something homely, sweet and creamy. And I have a recipe for this case... I was determined: I went to the store, bought everything I needed, and started working at home.

The cake was ready, but I prudently put it off the next morning. What a wonderful breakfast, I can’t tell you. In order not to be unfounded, I share my sandcake.

Sand dough cake Ingredients
  • 450g butter or margarine
  • 150g sugar
  • 400g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can of boiled condensed
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 50g chocolate


Preparation
  1. Let's start with the test. First, beat the eggs with vanilla sugar (1 bag), then add 200 grams of butter or margarine and whip until you get a homogeneous mass. Then add the baking powder (or vinegar-sweetened soda), flour and mixing dough so that it does not stick to your hands. Then roll it into a spike and send it to the fridge for 30 minutes.

  2. In the meantime, you can make the cream. Take the remaining oil, beat it with vanilla sugar, and then add the condensed condensed and whipp it to a homogeneous light weight.

Now take out the dough, divide it into four parts. Roll out each of the pieces, trim the edges to make a cake with a diameter of 30 cm. Pruning aside.



With the help of a roller, transfer the cake to a pan, covered with parchment paper, and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees to a ruddy crust. That's about 15 minutes per crust. Leave the cakes ready to cool.



While they're cooling down, I decided to decorate the cake, I love it. I thought, decorateAnd then this idea came to mind: make grapes and leaves. To do this, you need to make balls from the cuts of the dough. With a paper-cut drawing, cut three grape leaves from the dough. Bake it on paper, too.



Now lubricate the cakes with cream and fold them one on top of the other. Lubrication and fourth cake. Now you can decorate the cake with melted chocolate. If you decide to follow my example, you should dip half the balls in melted chocolate, and leave the second as is. Then put a bunch of grapes from the balls: white and black, respectively. Then add the leaves in any order, and with the help of the remaining chocolate and confectionery bag draw twigs. Here's the decoration. Leave the cake overnight to soak. In the morning you can enjoy the treat.







The cake is very tender and sweet. In the evening, of course, do not recommend it, because it is quite high-calorie. Well suited to coffee for breakfast, and with such decorations, it may well become festive. Bon appetit!
