  1. Carefully wash the liver under running cold water, wipe with a paper towel from excess moisture, and then cut into small pieces.

  3. While the liver is boiling, you can prepare vegetables for it. Grate the carrots, cut the onions into small pieces. Roast the onions and carrots in vegetable oil until soft.



  4. Transfer the liver and vegetables into two separate containers so that they cool to a warm state. At this time, you can prepare a cheese and oil layer. Mix soft butter and melted cheese into a homogeneous mass. Add finely chopped dill, crushed garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir it up carefully.





  5. In a blender or mixer, beat boiled liver and roasted vegetables, adding salt and pepper to taste. The same can be done by passing liver and vegetables through a meat grinder.
