How to pickle mushrooms quickly

Pickled mushrooms, like in the store, in 20 minutes? It's easy! "Site" prove that pickling at home - the lesson is trifling and does not take much time. On the contrary, mushrooms can and should be marinated right before the celebration, 20 minutes and a minimum set of products will suffice. And the task, which is important, will cope even not very experienced cook.

How to Marinate Mushroom Ingredients
  • 1kg champignon
  • 2 bulbs
  • 6-8 teeth. garlic
  • 75 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 75ml vinegar
  • 10 pieces of dried cloves
  • 10 pcs. fragrant pepper peas
  • 10 pcs of black pepper peas
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 6 bay leaf pieces


Preparation
  1. Wash the champignons, clean, cut the large mushrooms into 2-4 parts.


  2. Put the mushrooms on a dry pan, cover with a lid and volumes on an average heat of 5 minutes. Champignons should let the juice and steam slightly.


  3. In the meantime, prepare the marinade. Cut the garlic with thin plates, cut the onions with semi-rings and join with the garlic in a deep vessel. Add vegetable oil, salt, sugar, scented and black pepper peas, coriander, cloves and bay leaf. Pour all the ingredients with vinegar and mix thoroughly.


  4. In the pan to the mushrooms add the resulting marinade and boil on a small heat for 5-7 minutes. Turn off the fire and let the mushrooms stand under the lid for another 3-4 minutes.


  5. Ready mushrooms along with marinade pour into a 1.5-liter jar, close the lid and let it cool completely. You can send chilled mushrooms to the fridge for a while.
