Preparation

  3. To prepare a marinade in a convenient container, pour water, add vinegar. Pour salt and sugar, add black and fragrant pepper, bay leaf. Stir it well. Put the marinade on the fire and cook for 2 minutes from the moment of boiling.



  4. Sterilize the banks and then put the mushrooms in there. Pour the mushrooms with a hot marinade. Roll the can with sterilized lids. Turn the mushroom cans over and wrap them in a warm blanket.
