I have been buying beef or chicken liver every Friday for 2 months to make it for dinner. When I first made it home, they were so excited that I had to cook it every week.

Liver in flour Ingredients
  • 0.5 kg of liver (beef or chicken)
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 teeth. Garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1-2 bulbs
  • 7 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4-5 tbsp cornmeal


Preparation
  1. Wash the liver and clean the films and tendons, and then cut into medium pieces.



  2. Now the most interesting thing is pickling. To do this, mix egg, sugar, salt, soda and crushed garlic in a convenient container. Stir it well and then pour the marinade on your liver. Stir again, cover the container with liver under the marinade lid and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.



  3. Wash the onions, peel them and cut them with half rings. Roast the onions in a heated pan. While the onions are roasted, take the liver out of the marinade and pan each piece in the cornmeal.



  4. Take the onions out of the pan, roast the liver in breading instead. If necessary, you can add some vegetable oil. Roast the liver for 5 minutes until the rosy crust, at the end add the deposited onions. All together on a small fire under the cover of 2-3 minutes.
