- 200g oatmeal
- 200g cottage cheese 5% fat
- 250 ml of kefir 2.5% fat
- 1 egg
- 50g prunes
- 50g dried
- 50g raisins
- 0.5 tsp soda
- 1 tbsp 9% vinegar
