  3. Prepare the marinade. For each liter of water, 1 tbsp of salt, 2 tbsp of sugar and 100 ml of vinegar are needed. Bring the marinade to a boil and fill the jar.



  4. Sterilize the jars for 20 minutes and sunset. It is advisable to turn over the banks and wrap them until completely cooled.


Editorial advice: be careful when adding cloves, because it can give conservation a special bitterness.
