- Dry the walnuts in a dry pan and then grind them.
- Then mix the proteins with flour and nuts so that a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Cut out of parchment 6 circles with a diameter of 18 cm. After that, each circle must be lubricated with vegetable oil.
- Place a thin layer of dough on each oil-oiled circle and send the blanks to the preheated oven. Bake each cake for about 5-7 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. - Melt 80 g of dark chocolate in a water bath to a liquid state. 5 cakes with chocolate with a brush, and the sixth leave without chocolate. Leave the lubricated cakes for a while so that the chocolate freezes.
- In the meantime, don’t get bored, but make the cream. Beat the fat cream with powdered sugar.
- In a separate bowl, put 4 tbsp. l. cream. In the remaining cream, add 30 g of grated chocolate and stir the mass.
- All we have to do is collect our wonderful cake. To do this, spread whipped cream with chocolate on each cake, connecting them to each other and covering them with an ungreased cake.
- Cover the whole cake with whipped cream without chocolate, and sprinkle it with coarsely grated dark chocolate. Put the cake in the fridge and let me stand for a couple of hours.
