- 3 eggplant
- 2 eggs
- 2 bulbs

Preparation
- Peel the eggplant off the skin and cut them into long bars.
- Beat the eggs with salt and fill them with sliced eggplant. Stir and set aside for 2 hours.
- Chop the onions in cubes and roast in oil in a frying pan.
