How to Make Condensed Buns

  6. Next, take a clean dipped container, lubricate it with oil and lay the dough inside. Cover the container with food film or kitchen towel and put in a warm place for 25-35 minutes.



  7. Then knead the dough again and again leave to stand, covered with food film for half an hour.



  8. To prepare the sprinkle, mix the flour with sugar and butter. Hands it over, you'll make a baby.



  9. Divide the dough into equal parts, each roll into a ball, then cover the blanks with food film and leave for 10-15 minutes.



  10. Roll the tortillas. In the middle of each cake, put a boiled condensed cake and fill the bun, again forming a ball.



  11. Put the balls with filling on the bowl, leaving a small distance between them and cover the food film. Warm the oven to 180 degrees.



  12. Beat the egg, grease the buns and sprinkle the cream crumb. Then send the batter into the oven for 25-35 minutes.
