- 700g any part of chicken
- 1.5–2 liters of water
- 1-2 medium potato tubers
- 1 carrot
- 1 egg
- 2.5 tbsp flour

Preparation
- Boil chicken in salted water for 30 minutes.
- Potatoes, carrots and onions peel and cut in cubes. Add the vegetables to the broth.
