Bean salad recipe

Beans are a rich source of plant protein. It should be added to dishes at least periodically. Just so without anything it is bland, so it is best to cook lobio or salads from it.

We offer you a recipe for salad, which organically includes beans, enriching its taste. It turns out to be so satisfying that even a side dish is not required for it.

White bean salad Ingredients
  • 500g beans
  • 3 pickles
  • 100g tomatoes
  • 1 Bulgarian pepper
  • 50g cheese
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 3 quail eggs
  • 1 bulb
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard


Preparation
  1. To prepare saladIt needs to be soaked overnight in water. In the morning, drain water and boil beans in a new slightly salted water. Put the finished beans in the salad.

  2. Cut cucumbers and onions (better to take red), add to the beans.

  3. Slightly larger than onions and cucumbers, cut tomatoes and peppers. Put it in a salad bowl.

  4. Boil chicken and quail eggs hard. Grate chicken eggs. On the same grater, grind the cheese, mix everything in the salad bowl.

  5. Fill the salad with mayonnaise and mustard. And then decorate with pieces of quail eggs and paprika.

Simple white bean salad It's full and high-calorie. If you want to make it more dietary, replace mayonnaise with non-acid yogurt. Replace canned cucumber with fresh, and hard cheese with feta. Bon appetit.
