How to prepare a festive salad with boiled beef

One only combination of meat, eggs, cheese and pineapples that is worth! The main thing is not to eat this salad first, or you will not be able to taste the rest of the prepared delicacies. The salad is special not only because it will decorate the table with its beauty, but also because it is made with homemade sauce.





Salad ingredients
  • 200g beef
  • 200g pineapple
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 quail eggs
  • 100g walnuts
  • 150g hard cheese


Sauce ingredients
  • 150g sour cream
  • 2 yolks
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt


Preparation
  1. Boil beef or bake it in foil, so the meat will remain more juicy and soft.



  2. In a dry pan, roast the nuts and cut them with a knife.
  3. Sodium on a large grater of 100 grams of cheese.



  4. Boil the eggs.
  5. Prepare a salad dressing. In the blender put 2 boiled yolks, mustard, vegetable oil (you can use olive), lemon juice, sour cream. Beat all the ingredients to uniformity and salt to taste.



  6. Finely cut boiled or baked beef, and cut the eggs cube. Cut the pineapple.



  7. Lay the salad in layers on a wide dish, using a molding ring with a diameter of 10 cm. The first layer is beef meat, the second is pineapple.
Smear the second layer with sauce. Then lay out a layer of nuts, then - eggs with 1 tbsp. l. sauce.





The fifth layer will be grated cheese and sauce. After that, you need to lay out the remaining layers in the same sequence. Rub egg whites and cheese on a fine grater for decoration. Cut out the triangle with a spatula and transfer it to a separate plate (you can give your husband for eating).



Lubricate the sides of the salad with sauce and sprinkle with cheese mixture. Clean the quail eggs, attach to them eyes and spouts of olive. Use the sauce as a bonding material. Put 2 pieces of cheese on the salad and put your ears on it. Little mice sit on a salad. That's it, salad ready.
