One of my favorite things to do in salad preparation is to clean boiled eggs. As soon as I knock a boiled egg on the table, my dog resorts to this subtle sound, like a snap of his fingers. He likes boiled eggs more than meat. When the eggs are fresh, the shell is very difficult to leave. No life hacks are going to help. So I prefer to make egg pancake salad.

Today I want to share three recipes for salads, for which you do not have to cook eggs. Agree, frying an omelet in a pan is much faster and easier. If you haven’t tried this salad yet, I recommend experimenting.



Egg pancake salad is a high-protein salad. And if you fill it with white yogurt, not mayonnaise, it's good for dinner.



The ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 200g chicken fillet
  • 250g canned corn
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 150g mayonnaise
  • salt
  • peppery


Preparation
  1. Boil chicken fillet until ready in salted water for about 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, break 6 eggs into a deep bowl and beat them with a corolla or fork. Sprinkle your eggs.
  3. In the pancake pan, fry thin egg pancakes.
  4. When the pancakes are cool, roll them into a roll and cut them in strips.
  5. Cut the chicken fillet or break it into fibers.
  6. In a bowl, mix cucumber, canned beans, fillets and egg pancakes. Make the salad mayonnaise and salt it to taste. Bon appetit.





Scramble eggs salad snack A delicate salad with eggs and melted cheese resembles a snack "Squirrel". It is the airy structure of eggs "scramble" that makes this salad unique. Be sure to prepare it so as not to mess with cleaning boiled eggs. Salad can be applied to toast, you will get a very tasty and fast breakfast.



The ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 teeth. Garlic
  • 150g melted cheese
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • salt
  • peppery


Preparation
  1. Slightly whack 4 eggs with a wreath. Heat the pan and throw 30 grams of butter on it.
  2. When the oil melts, pour the egg mixture into the pan and quickly stir the eggs with a spatula to form lumps. Scramble's ready in 2 minutes.
  3. Grate the processed cheese on a large grater. To make it easier, leave the cheese in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  4. Clean the garlic and pass through the press.
  5. Combine all the ingredients: eggs, garlic, cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Make the salad mayonnaise. Bon appetit.





Egg salad with sausage salad for those who like to eat hearty. This is another variant of egg salad, for which the eggs are not boiled, but fried in a pan in the form of pancakes. Koreans like to cook egg pancakes and wrap them in roles with vegetables, rice and noria. It's also a kind of salad.



The ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • pinch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 100g sausage
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 70g Korean carrot
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise


Preparation
  1. Mix 4 eggs in a bowl with 1 tbsp flour and a pinch of salt.
  2. Warm up the pan and fry egg pancakes on it. It turns out 4-5 pancakes, but you can make pancakes thicker, then you will get faster. Chill the egg pancakes.
  3. Twisted the egg pancakes into a roll and cut them with straw.
  4. Cut straw cucumbers and smoked sausage.
  5. Cut the excess liquid from the carrot in Korean and add the carrots to the other ingredients.
  6. Make the salad mayonnaise and salt it to taste. Be careful with pepper, carrots may be peppery enough.
