Tart with raspberries Ingredients for sand dough
- 100g butter
- 2 tbsp sugar

- 1 tbsp flour
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
Almond cream ingredients
- 60g almonds
- 60g sugar
- 1 egg
- 60g butter
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
Filling ingredients
- 80g raspberry jam
- 100g raspberries
- 2 tbsp almond petals
Preparation
- For cooking. sand-dough In a deep bowl, mix softened butter with sugar and a pinch of salt. In a separate container, mix sifted flour with baking powder. In two doses, add a dry mixture to the liquid, stir with a spatula.
- It doesn't take long to mix the dough. It's important that it comes together. Lubricate the mold for baking with butter, and on top covered with parchment paper. Tatiana Shpilko advises to take a rectangular form, about 21-22 centimeters. And please do not stretch the dough into a larger shape, it is better to increase the proportions. Distribute the dough evenly throughout the shape, form the sides. The bottom of the dough in arbitrary places was pricked with a fork.
- Bake the dough in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 15 minutes. The sand base should grab and bruise a little.
- For cooking. almond cream Blow a blender of almonds with sugar to a small crumb. Add room temperature butter, egg and vanilla extract. Strike it to uniformity.
- On the sand base evenly distribute raspberry jam, and lay out raspberries on top. You can take both fresh and ice cream. Put a layer of almond cream on the raspberries.
- Sprinkle the cake with almond flakes on top. If they are not, then you can just thinly slice the almond nut and sprinkle them. Bake the cake in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for half an hour until ready. Let the cake cool.
