  2. Now it's time for our know-how. Noodles are responsible for preserving the soup in its original form. That’s why we “preserve” it. Small and thin noodles will do. Like spider webs and stars and things like that. Roast it in a dry hot pan, stirring constantly. About 5 minutes. Immediately pour on a cold plate to cool.


  3. Cut the potatoes in small cubes, so it will cook faster. Take the bulb, bay leaf and pepper out of the finished broth. Throw them away. Put the carrots and meat in a separate bowl. We're gonna need them. Add the potatoes to the broth and cook on an average heat of about 10 minutes.
    Take off the foam if you need to.


  4. After 10 minutes, send cut carrots and crushed chicken meat to the broth. Add basil. And after 5 minutes of cooking, pour roasted noodles. The dish is almost ready, you just need to wait 3-5 minutes until all the ingredients finally make friends with each other. You can serve it on the table.
