Why does the Oriental mistress put vinegar in the dough?
Accidentally stumbling across a video recipe from the eastern hostess Yasemin, I was initially surprised that she makes dough with vinegar. Even though I love cooking, I am still on the “you” side. After a little scroll through several Internet sources, I realized that adding vinegar to the dough is a fairly common practice and experienced housewives constantly use this technique to acidify the dough and make it looser.
So, having been safe and convinced in this way that the recipe is suitable, I decided to try it again. And the result surprised me pleasantly. Never before have I managed to bake such lush and delicious buns!
Now this recipe is in the piggy bank of my favorites. I am happy to share all my favorite recipes here. So here's a detailed guide to making these wonderful sesame buns for tea.
