How to prepare Chevapchi Ingredients
- 500g mince (beef and pork)
- 1 bulb
- 1 tsp sweet ground paprika
- 0.5 tsp black ground pepper
- 0.25 tsp spicy red pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 50ml mineral
- 0.5 bag of baking powder for dough
- vegetable-oil
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
- The composition of the dish must include two types of meat. The meat grinder should have a nozzle with a large grille so that the mince is not too crushed. And if you use a blender, do it in pulsation mode, leaving small pieces of meat in the mince.
- Mix mince, pepper, baking powder, pour mineral water. Mix for 10 minutes so that protein is released from the pieces of meat and the mince becomes viscous and dense. Then cover the film and send it to the refrigerator for the night.
- Cut the bow finely. Add it to the mince, stir for another 5 minutes. Then send another 4 hours to the refrigerator. So ready-made sausages will be better to keep in shape, and the mince is soaked in onion juice.
- Run the mince through the cut-off top of a plastic bottle. It should be thick sausages of the same size as in the photo.
- Cover the bowl with parchment paper and lubricate with vegetable oil. Put sausages on him.
- The most delicious chevapchichi are obtained on an open fire. But if this is not possible, put them in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. In 15 minutes, turn the sausages over and bake them for another 5-7 minutes. Detailed preparation process can be seen in the video.
- In the warm season, Chevapchi can be roasted on coals, constantly turning the grille. This will take no more than 15 minutes.
- Finished sausages serve with rings of onions and cutting from fresh vegetables.
