Italian Easter cake recipe with exact proportions

  4. Mix the dough. Add flour and raisins. The dough should be stirred for about 10-12 minutes. Then leave in a warm place for 2-3 hours.



  5. Knead the dough and form two cakes. We put the cakes in molds. Leave them for another 2 hours. Before baking, we make a cross-shaped incision on top. We should have 4 petals that need to be wrapped behind the edges of the form. Then we lubricate them with butter.



  6. Put cakes in the oven to bake for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Our panettones are ready - leave to cool for 10-15 minutes.
