The subtleties of cooking squash breezes

  • 2 zucchini
  • 5 eggs
  • small bundle of greens (parsley, dill)
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil
  • 500g chicken ground
  • 50g hard cheese
  • 1 bulb
  • 2 teeth. Garlic
  • 200g sour cream
  • salt
  • chili


Preparation
  1. First, wash the zucchini and rub them with straw on a large grater. Then salt them and leave to stand for 5 minutes so that the juice will stand out from them.



  2. Then grated zucchini must be squeezed, laid out in a clean deep bowl and peppered. In the same bowl send flour and beat 4 eggs, then mix everything thoroughly.



  3. Pour some vegetable oil into the pan and wait a few seconds for it to warm up. Then lay out 5 tablespoons of zucchini mass on the pan and evenly distribute throughout the area. Roast the pancake on both sides until semi-ready, then repeat the procedure with the remaining zucchini mass.





  4. When the pancakes are ready, leave them cool and prepare the fillings. Put the chicken mince in a deep bowl. Next, peel the onions with garlic and rub them on a small grater (or grind with a blender).

    The onion-garlic mixture is combined with minced meat, egg, pre-chopped greens and grated cheese. Add the resulting mass, add black ground pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.





  5. Then distribute the filling to all pancakes and turn them into roulettes.



  6. The resulting rolls put on oiled vegetable deco and lubricate them from above with sour cream. At the end, warm the oven to 180 degrees and send the breezoles to bake for 25-30 minutes.
