Poppy Roulette Ingredients for Roulette
  • 5 eggs
  • 200g sugar
  • 200g flour
  • 10g baking powder
  • vanillin
  • pinch
  • cocoa


Filling ingredients
  • 30 ml of milk
  • 5 tbsp poppy
  • 3 tbsp manki
  • 3 tbsp sugar


Preparation
  1. Pair the eggs in a bowl with sugar, vanillin and salt.


  2. Blow it all up.


  3. Mix flour with baking powder.
  4. Portions through the sieve add flour to the egg mass. Stir the shoulder blade to uniformity.


  5. Cover the pan with paper and put the resulting dough on it.


  6. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees 10-15 minutes.
  7. While the base for the roll is baked, prepare the cream.
  8. Mix all the ingredients for it in a pot, bring it to a boil. Cook until thickened on a small fire and stir constantly.
  9. Remove from the oven the ready base for the roll. Cover it with baking paper. Turn it over, take the paper off, turn it into a roulette.
  10. Let it cool, then turn it around, grease it with cream, and roll it back into the roulette.


  11. For beauty, you can sprinkle the roll with cocoa powder.
