What products are convenient to bake in foil

Potatoes baked in foil are the best option for a hiking snack or even a regular picnic. The preparation itself will be a very exciting process, which will definitely bring a sea of pleasure.

Heat treatment often destroys all the useful substances that are in raw products. Foil helps to preserve all juiciness and tenderness, as well as important trace elements.

Another huge plus of using foil when cooking is the ability to significantly reduce the amount of oil. Many people compare foil cooked dishes with those baked in a traditional Russian oven.

What should be considered when using foil? First, it is very important to wrap it carefully so that because of the leaked liquid, the dish does not come out overdried. Secondly, it should be remembered that poultry, large pieces of meat and vegetables should not be salted before wrapping. Fruits should not be cooked in foil at all.
