The correct proportions of ingredients and a simple but detailed instruction will help you bake an appetizing muffin, which will retain freshness and softness for a long time. From such a test, you can prepare pies with filling, as well as small cakes.
The ingredients
- 600g flour
- 20g yeast
- 300g warm milk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 eggs
- 50g butter
- vanillin
- salt
Preparation
- Let's start making opar for the test. In warm milk add yeast and 200 g of flour. Stir gently and let the yeast dissolve. After that, break into a yeast mixture one whole egg and protein from the second egg.
- Now you can supplement the opar with vanillin, salt and oil. Start kneading by adding some flour leftovers. Let the dough come up a little and add the melted butter. Keep working on the test until it has absorbed all the oil.
- Grease your hands with sunflower oil and form a ball from the dough. Leave it in a warm place for an hour.
- Now you can safely shape products to your taste. A great option will be a good curl. Be sure to lubricate them with yolk and make a few punctures with a knife so that they are well baked inside and do not swell.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the muffin for half an hour. Bon appetit!
