- 2 tbsp flour (no slide)
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 50 ml milk (we have 2% fat content)
Preparation
- First thing you do is pour flour into the container. Interestingly, the Amish at the same time remove 1 teaspoon of flour from each glass. It is advisable to follow their example. Add salt to the flour and mix it.
- Put the oil in a separate container. Add the milk, mix it. Send the resulting mixture to the flour and, mixing well, knead a thick dough. To work more conveniently, you can oil your hands.
- Cut the dough and then divide it into two equal parts. One part of the room between two sheets, for example, parchment paper. And with a roller coaster, roll to the right size.
- Keep in mind that the resulting crust should be larger than the shape itself and protrude from each edge by a couple of centimeters. Put him in the uniform and press him well from all sides.
- Here you can put any filling (we have apples). You can add a piece of oil, so in the end it will be even more delicious.
- Now between the same sheets of paper roll the second half of the dough. Carefully cover the cake with a second cake. Puck the edges. I'm gonna have to work my fingers really hard.
- Do not forget to make incisions on top so that the steam during baking has time to go out. You can sprinkle sugar or lubricate with whipped yolks. Send to the oven heated to 200 degrees and bake 50-55 minutes. Bon appetit!
