  3. Mix the dough. It should be soft and elastic, so you will have to work a little. Then cover it and let the hour stand, rest. After that, it should be dried again.



  4. Now form the buns! Pull off the test conditionally equal pieces, so that they are not very small. You can give them any shape and don't forget to lubricate with the yolk. Put it on a bowl that's oiled. You can make parchment.
  5. Before the oven, the buns will take time to disperse, 40 minutes, then send them to bake. Operating temperature is 170 degrees Celsius, time is 20 minutes. But it is better to focus on the features of your oven. Done!
