- 1 chicken carcass

Preparation
- First of all, you should divide the chicken carcass into portion parts and separate the meat from the bones. Then we take a pan and put all the bones in it, the lower parts of the wings and legs, as well as the chicken back. Then we pour all the water and put it on a slow heat.
- Next, sterilize half-liter cans with lids and let them dry completely. Then we send 1 bay leaf, several peas of black pepper to each jar and fill the jars with meat up to half. After that, add a little salt and ground pepper to each jar, and then fill them with meat until the end.
- Now we cover the jars with lids and let them warm up. To do this, take a wide pan and cover it with a dense kitchen towel, then place in a pan can and fill them with water to the sides. Put a pot with cans on the fire and wait until the water boils, then reduce the fire and wait 5 hours. Do not forget to look at the level of the water in the pan and top it up as necessary so that it does not inadvertently boil out.
- After boiling the stew, fill it with broth (previously prepared from bones) and roll the can.
