Lunch– Turkish chorba (soup) of lentils

Soup recipe (for 4 servings):200 g red lentils, green onions, 1 carrots, 3 tablespoons dried mint juice of 1 lemon, 2 potatoes, 2 tomatoes, chili and sweet red pepper to taste.

Lentils, rinse, cover with water and cook on a slow fire. When lentils are slightly mushy, add the sliced potatoes and grated carrots. Salad recipe (for 2 servings): salad, 1 chicken breast, 100 grams of canned corn, 10 cucumbers, 2 tbsp chopped walnuts, 100 g natural yoghurt, garlic to taste.

Recipe, Kurgan-kebab (for 2 servings):2 eggplants, 300 g of minced beef, 1 onion, 3 tomatoes, salt, pepper.

Cut eggplant into lengthwise thin strips, place them in a bowl, pour water and add a little salt, leave for 30 minutes. Then the eggplant to dry out slightly and bake on a dry pan or grill pan. In forcemeat add finely chopped onion, salt and pepper, stir until smooth. From stuffing to shape small balls. Two strips of eggplant to put on top of each other cross in the middle to put the ball of minced meat. Wrap each ball in eggplant, fasten with a skewer from the top to put a slice of tomato and bake in the oven until cooked. Serve with greens

Dinner– boiled chicken, 1 tomato and green tea without sugar

Day 4 – day sweet tooth Breakfast– Turkish delight, baklava, halva, forefront, almond milk pudding, or any other favorite dessert – 1 Cup tea without sugar

Soup recipe (for 2 servings):2-3 fresh cucumber 500 g natural yoghurt, sprigs of mint, dill and parsley, pinch oregano, 1 tsp olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

Cucumbers and garlic RUB on a grater, finely chop the greens, mix products. Pour the yogurt, add salt and pepper, add the oregano and stir. Serve cold

Dinner yogurtlu kabob (no pita) – vegetarian option

Recipe diet dinner: Boiled beef cut in small pieces, pour yogurt and tomato sauce. For the sauce in a blender, chop 1 tomato and a little cilantro

Day 5 Breakfast– a handful of pistachios, tea with honey

Lunch– steamed spice with pureed tomatoes

The recipe spice (for 2 servings):300 g of minced beef, 1 onion, 1 quince, 3 tomatoes, 1 sweet pepper, cilantro, salt, pepper and garlic to taste, broth or water.

Kuru fasulye recipe (for 2-3 servings): half a Cup of white beans, 200 g beef, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 chili (optional), cilantro, salt, pepper – to taste.

Beans boil until tender. Beef cut into cubes and simmer in skillet with onions until tender. Add the beans, chopped tomato, chopped cilantro, tomato paste, salt and chili to simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes

Supper– soft boiled egg, a glass of buttermilk and 2-3 stalks of celery

Day 7 Breakfast– a sandwich with chicken and salad, coffee without sugar

The recipe for the sandwich: slice of rye bread, a piece of boiled chicken fillet, 2-3 lettuce leaves, a few drops of lemon juice. Bread to put lettuce, on top of the chicken and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Lunch– ispanak with mince and rice

Recipe:3-4 bunch fresh spinach (or 1 pack of frozen), 200 g of minced beef, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tomatoes, 1/3 Cup rice, 1 tsp tomato paste 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice.

Onions spasserovat, add the beef and garlic, mix well. Add the rice, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, chopped spinach, lemon juice, salt, a little water and simmer on low heat under a lid until the rice is tender. Serve with natural yoghurt

Dinner– a glass of buttermilk, 3 slices of cheese, 1 cucumber
