The ingredients
  • chicken fillet (boiled)
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 rings of canned pineapple
  • 150 grams of hard cheese
  • 150 grams of mayonnaise
  • pomegranate


Preparation
  1. We take the bulb, cut it finely and send it to a pan with vegetable oil. We roast on a small fire until it's rosy. Then we cut one large clove of garlic, and when the onion is ready, add it to the pan. Cover the lid, leave for a couple of minutes.



  2. Chicken fillet is cut into small pieces and laid out on a saucer. From them we form the first layer - the foundation of the salad. Lubricated on top with mayonnaise. Then add fried onions with garlic - this will be the second layer of the dish.



  3. Now we take out 4 pieces of pineapple from the jar, cut them in cubes and add them to the salad. This will be our third layer. Pineapple should be evenly distributed with a fork around the perimeter of the salad.



  4. The fourth layer will consist of cheese. It should be rubbed in a small grater on top of the pineapple layer. Then make a neat net of mayonnaise, decorate the salad with pomegranate grains and leave to soak for several hours.
