"Ekaterina the Wise" salad I made this salad for New Year and Christmas. I think it’s perfect for any holiday. Delicious, spicy, very easy to prepare, and looks unusually beautiful. By the way, this is a very important detail if you want to surprise guests or loved ones with your culinary masterpiece.
The ingredients
- chicken fillet (boiled)
- 1 bulb
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 rings of canned pineapple
- 150 grams of hard cheese
- 150 grams of mayonnaise
- pomegranate
Preparation
- We take the bulb, cut it finely and send it to a pan with vegetable oil. We roast on a small fire until it's rosy. Then we cut one large clove of garlic, and when the onion is ready, add it to the pan. Cover the lid, leave for a couple of minutes.
- Chicken fillet is cut into small pieces and laid out on a saucer. From them we form the first layer - the foundation of the salad. Lubricated on top with mayonnaise. Then add fried onions with garlic - this will be the second layer of the dish.
- Now we take out 4 pieces of pineapple from the jar, cut them in cubes and add them to the salad. This will be our third layer. Pineapple should be evenly distributed with a fork around the perimeter of the salad.
- The fourth layer will consist of cheese. It should be rubbed in a small grater on top of the pineapple layer. Then make a neat net of mayonnaise, decorate the salad with pomegranate grains and leave to soak for several hours.
The combination of chicken fillet, cheese and pineapple creates a very interesting taste. In addition, this salad consists of all the most necessary products for our body. That's why it's so nourishing and nutritious. Be sure to try cooking - you will not regret it!
