  2. Now sprinkle the fish with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. We cut the onions with semi-rings, slightly salt, squeeze and send them to the fish. All this is placed in a tray and left overnight in the refrigerator.



  3. The next day we mix breadcrumbs, cornmeal and a little more salt, pepper and paprika to taste in a bowl.



  4. We cover the baking pan with three layers of foil, making it a kind of mould. This is a simple life hack for those who do not want to wash the pan after cooking. On top of the foil, we additionally line another layer of parchment paper. Now, in the previously prepared breading, we drop the fish and lay it out on our improvised form.



  5. Baking the dish in a heated to 200 ° C oven for 20-25 minutes, this will be enough. Done!
