Salad "The Little Mermaid" by the recipe of Olga Matvey, which was a hit of New Year's Eve

In this article I want to tell you how to cook. Little Mermaid salad. This is a very tasty, hearty and beautiful dish. For New Year holidays, and any feast is ideal.



The Little Mermaid Salad In this dish there are trout and oranges. This unusual combination creates a very spicy and delicate taste. If you have not tried to combine fruits with fish, be sure to prepare this salad. Even the most avid gourmets taste of this dish will take by surprise.



The ingredients
  • 5-6 eggs
  • 300g trout
  • 1-2 oranges
  • 1 can of olives or olives
  • 2-3 cucumbers
  • 200g sour cream cheese
  • 1 can of red caviar
  • mayonnaise


Preparation
  1. Take a fish and cut it into pieces about 1 cm wide. Be sure to remove the bones, clean the fish from all unnecessary. We spread the pieces of trout on a large dish. In addition, the fish should be salted and add a little sugar to it. So you need to leave the trout for 2-3 hours.



  2. Boil eggs, and then divide them into proteins and yolks. We rub the proteins on a small grater, and cut the yolks into small pieces. We also cut salted cucumbers in smooth circles. They'll have to be laid out like a layer. By the way, instead of cucumbers, you can use green olives, but cucumbers give more juiciness.



  3. Grate the cheese, peel the orange, leaving only the flesh. Then we cut the orange into small pieces. Now take the trout, wash it and put it on a paper towel. Then carefully wet each piece with a napkin - the salad fish should be dry. Cut the trout into pieces.



In mayonnaise we add salt and pepper, mix thoroughly - this will be our sauce. Take the protein and send it to the bottom of the mold. The shape is best used with a diameter of 20 cm. Distribute the protein on the bottom of the form, add a spoonful of mayonnaise and gently miss. The next step is to add yolks, distribute them well with a spoon.



The next layer lays out the trout: start at the edges of the form and then lay out inside. We rim the fish and add the sauce on top. Then we put oranges in the same way. The next layer is a powder of cheese, then a layer of cucumbers and another layer of black olives behind it. All layers need to be alternately laid out and well tamped.



Now sprinkle the salad with the remaining cheese and add a little more sauce. Then we put caviar on top of the salad, which is my favorite ingredient. Carefully remove the form - our dish is ready.
